Shipping & Returns
Delivery Charges
All orders £100 or over ship for free within mainland UK. Most orders are dispatched between 2 - 4 working days, though sometimes delays can occur. Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays or Bank Holidays are not considered working days.
Delivery Locations
At present shipping is limited to locations within mainland UK. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or lockers of any type.
All deliveries require a signature on receipt. If you choose to have the consignment left in a safe place without a signature, as arranged with the carrier, we will not be held liable for any loss.
If your delivery does not arrive within 7 working days from the day after dispatch, please contact us quoting your order number along with your details and we will investigate.
Cancellations and Returns
If you are a UK or EU consumer you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of physical receipt of your consignment by you or any party nominated by you, excluding any carrier or delivery agent used by us to fulfil your order.

All returned items are expected to be in a saleable condition. We do not accept returns where there has been a breach of the sealed clear packaging materials around the product or any other seal around any part of the product and its packaging, excluding the external shipping box. We reserve the right to refuse a refund, in part or in whole, for any product not conforming to this requirement. All costs associated with a return are your responsibility.
Repacking Dangerous Goods
Any package posted for return and subsequently seized or destroyed due to non-compliance with the shipping of dangerous goods is the sole responsibility of the buyer/sender and not that of Peculiar Perfumes. In most cases this will require you to simply reseal the shipping box ensuring it is repacked as you received it. Any wadding or packing materials removed to facilitate access to the product will need to be reused and repacked as received ensuring the product is protected on all sides by those materials. If the ID8000 label has been damaged or destroyed, rendering it unreadable, it will need to be replaced with labelling of the same type and size. If you have a printer, the label is able to be produced at home.
By purchasing from this site you agree to the terms laid out herein and in so doing indemnify us against any claims as a result of products returned without adhering to the required shipping standards.
We reserve the right to withhold any refund for a returned item until the product is received by us.
Damage In Transit
If your perfume arrives in anything but perfect condition please inform us by email to info@peculiarperfumes.com providing your order number, a brief description and a photo of the problem. Once processed we can assist with a replacement or refund.
