The site and the products for sale are provided by Peculiar Perfumes. When we use the terms “we”, “us” or “our” it refers to Peculiar Perfumes.

General Information
These Terms & Conditions, including terms set out in our Shipping & Returns and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us.
All conditions, rights and remedies will be subject to English Law.
These Terms & Conditions and all other policies on this site are liable to change without notice. If you use this site or place an order you agree to these terms, conditions and policies. Any terms in force at the time of placing an order will cover all actions and remedies. If we fail to exercise any rights as set out in the terms and policies it will not indicate a waiver.
Orders
When you place an order on this site you agree to all Terms & Conditions including our Privacy Policy and our Shipping & Returns policy.
After an order has been placed you will receive notification by email. This will include your invoice number, details of the product you ordered, and any shipping charges if applicable. The email is acknowledgement of you placing an order with us and not an acceptance of your order. A contract of sale between you and Peculiar Perfumes is formed when:
We notify you of the completion of your order; or
We dispatch the product to you
We reserve the right to refuse any sale without providing a reason. Any orders placed for shipping to locations outside mainland UK will be cancelled. In all cases any money paid will be refunded in full within 10 working days.
Pricing and Payment
All prices on the website are displayed in GBP. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice.
Any charges incurred by you from your credit/debit card provider are your responsibility. All transactions are subject to any automatic or necessary security and validation checks and any authorisation applications needed to process your order by us or your card provider.
It is your responsibility to ensure your address and payment details are correct when placing an order. Any losses incurred by you due to incorrect details being provided will not be reimbursed or refunded by us.
Delivery
Where a delivery timescale is offered or expressed, this should be considered an estimate and not a guarantee. All deliveries are subject to our Shipping & Returns policy.
At present we do not deliver outside mainland UK. We do not accept orders with a PO Box address or deliver to parcel lockers of any type.
All deliveries require a signature on receipt. If you choose to have the consignment left in a safe place without a signature, as arranged with the carrier, we will not be held liable for any losses.
If your delivery does not arrive within 7 working days after the day of dispatch, please contact us quoting your order number along with your details and we will investigate.
Cancellation
If you are a UK or EU customer you have the legal right to cancellation within 14 days following receipt or possession by you or any third party indicated by you to our carriers or to us. Third party excludes the carrier or any delivery agent used by us to fulfil your order.
If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us in writing, sent to our registered address, or by email to info@peculiarperfumes.com
We reserve the right to withhold any refund for a returned item until the product is received by us. All products must be returned in a saleable condition and all seals intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund, in part or in whole, for any product not conforming to this requirement. All costs associated with a return are your responsibility.
